  3. 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) 6 months after last payment.

  4. 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) 6 months after last payment.

  5. 20% of the price of the apartment (VAT included) on the signing of the title deed and handing over the keys of the apartment.
